ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS

Good Professional Services Marketing is all about building trust with your target customer. Their trust is built through an ongoing and interactive relationship, established over time.

The art of building these relationships and the techniques needed to find new business opportunities are not always natural to skilled technical professionals, and must be learned to succeed at higher levels of business.
This workshop program takes mid level and upper management professionals through the important tenements of customer-centric relationship building.  We work them hard, and the peer environment we create works them harder.

OUR PROGRAM

Our workshop program is delivered in a one-day workshop, or over two days in two, half day sessions.  It is best run with groups of between 8-15 people from two or more companies in a similar industry, or as dedicated workplace training.  We provide lunch and a comprehensive workbook for all attendees, and prefer to host our seminars on-site in your corporate facilities.  Our agenda includes:

1. Marketing 101 and Relationship Based Selling

The fundamental tenements of relationship based selling.  Understanding your target customers, their needs, their wants and their hot buttons.

2. Personal Branding

You are your own product.  Building your Personal Brand within a corporate framework.  Using all the tools at your disposal to market yourself and your firm

3. Connecting Selflessly and Building Real Relationships

Building relationships selflessly, to create clients for life.  A how-to workshop.

4.  Putting your Best Pitch Forward

How to nail your pitch, and sell your services, with consultative style rather than pushiness.  Writing a fee proposal or tender submission that will win you the jobs that you want.

5.    Marketing and Business Development: A Perfect Partnership

Understanding the sales process, and where you can use systems, processes and marketing tools to make your Professional Services Selling more effective and less time consuming.

Pricing: Our workshop is priced at $660 incl GST per person if held onsite in facilities provided  by one of our corporate clients (min 6 ppl).  This includes lunch and workbooks for all attendees.
